We learned of 22nd Century a few years ago after a local home expo event. Roshay came out for a free roof inspection and we appreciated his thoughts on our older roof, decided to wait a bit for replacement and instead got our crumbling chimney cap fixed by them.
A few summers later after a large hailstorm, we didn’t hesitate to call them up again. Roshay was helpful and communicated throughout the process which took several months due to the nature of getting insurance approvals for repair and scheduling repairs during a busy season. I appreciated not having to deal with all the insurance approvals on our end.
Once the work began we did experience some delays that resulted from a 2nd hidden layer of siding discovered upon removal of the old stuff. It meant more cost and work than we initially expected but I don’t really fault them for that. Will in project management was helpful these issues as soon as discovered and the install team (Rahalio) was super hardworking and nice answering questions throughout the job.
In the end, we’ve got a gorgeous looking home with basically all new outer components (roof, siding, fascia, soffits, window/door wraps, and gutters) mostly covered by an insurance claim from the 22nd Century team and recommend them to others. -
These guys are awesome! Had the best experience. We used them to paint our house, replace some siding and add new gutters. They were professional, fair, honest and thorough. Adam would respond to our questions and concerns in a timely matter and worked to resolve any issues we had. We received daily updates on progress and timelines. Oh and they did a great job too! 10/10. Will definitely contact them for our next project.

We recently had our soffits and fascia replaced by 22nd Century Roofing. Roshay was extremely easy to work with (and easy to get a hold of!) - from the initial estimate, all the way to the finished job. We didn't interact much with the crew of three men that actually put up new soffits and fascia, but their work was exceptional.

Outstanding experience, start to finish.
We met Roshay back in April for a roof leak on our home. He came out, ahead of schedule, looked inside where it was coming from, then went on the roof to assess.
When he came back down, I fully expected to have some bad news, but instead he was very honest and forthright about steps I could personally take to try to eliminate the issue before we go any further, which I found refreshing.
Being a carpenter myself, I didn't have a problem going on the roof and sealing up some old penetrations that could be the issue, so I took his advice and the pictures he took and sealed up what I could.
The leak persisted, albeit not as aggressive, he then came back out, went back up onto the roof, let me know that I did a good job of sealing up what he suggested, but now it was time to find the root of the problem.
From there we made arrangements with 22nd Century Roofing for them to come in and remove the siding as he noticed that it wasn't installed properly, and some of the step flashing was missing or not installed at all. The crew removed the siding to find a host of issues from when the original siding was installed, and not only did they seal it up properly with new Tyvek, siding, and window wrap, the craftsmanship was second to none. Wonderful job.
It also should be noted that Will, site manager of our project, did an amazing job as well, keeping us informed during the process, and bending over backwards to get the project done on time. There was a slight issue with the supplier of siding, Menards in this case, if they had enough in stock, but Will was able to do what I assume is what he does best, find a way to get the supplies and complete the job on time. We were elated.
Roshay and the 22nd Century team are a great outfit, simply put. Working with them was a breeze from beginning to end. Having worked with my fair share of contractors over the years, and being in construction, you get to see both types. Good and bad. Roshay and Co. are on the top of my list. Honest, professional, greatly priced, punctual, hardworking, awesome communication and friendly. I would hire them again, and recommend them first to anyone who had exterior needs. We are already in talks with them for future projects.

We hired 22nd Century Roofing for a complete gutter replacement (and leaf guard), including new soffit and fascia for the entire house.
We were taken care of by Tyler start to finish and were quite amazed by his energetic and professional team both in the office and on site. We are beyond pleased with the job. Very well done guys!
A few details that I would like to share as to why we would recommend this company:
#1 - Communication!! After my first inquiry, I was contacted within 10 minutes with some basic questions to help size the job, work out a time to meet, etc. EVERY question I had was answered within 24 hours, most often immediately. I was kept in constant contact with the crew on any changes to start/end dates.
#2 - Honesty/Reliability - What we paid was exactly what we were quoted. That rarely happens. In addition, they finished the job more than a day ahead of schedule.
#3 - Finished Product. As you can see from the photos, we have a brand new house…at least to us😀
Cost of gutter, downspout, leaf guard system, soffit and fascia replacement for the entire house - $12000. Minus soffit/fascia was quoted at about $6000. -
I was referred to 22CR by a friend and it was a great experience from start to finish. They replaced my roof, soffits, fascia, gutters, and siding, and even coordinated painting / metal wrapping the trim and exposed cinder block parts of my house. My house looks fantastic! Their attention to detail (particularly from their Hardie board installer crew) was impressive, and the entire team was responsive and committed to making my house look as good as possible. I would wholeheartedly recommend 22CR to anyone (and already have - a friend of mine used 22CR for his fascia and soffits and was very happy with the results too).

Roshay is a great salesman and contact for any questions. My chimney was leaking and needed new plywood, ice/rain barrier, shingles and a new base for my stack. Everything was done in four hours and very professional outcome. $1,400

Roshay, started working on our roof as soon as we contacted him. at first I thought he is going and never call or email back like all other companies we contacted, but in my surprise he did the same day.
He dealt with our insurance company himself, fixed our roof without us even feeling it or being bother with anything at all. Prior to this company I contacted many many companies and all of them promised to fix it and never even contacted us back. we were willing to pay out of our own pocket and they still wouldn't return the call or email. but Roshay did and I can't be more thankful for his excellent job. After having a terrible experience with two other roofing contractors for an insurance claim on my roof, I contacted 22nd Century Roofing. The experience working with Roshay at 22nd Century Roofing was night and day compared to the other contractors. I want to thank Roshay for coming out to my home and re-installed 1 small piece of siding that blew off. I didn't have a ladder to get to the area that was 30' up in the air. He had a ladder and nailed it back on within 5 minutes. I would definitely call this company again since they were prompt and Roshay was professional.

The team at 22nd Century Roofing company did a superior job replacing my roof. They also replaced the skylight, gutter cover and some window trim that was damaged from the August 2023 hail storm.

We had some hail damage last year that wasn't assessed until near the end of 'roofing season', and there was significant damage. Roshay helped us get that assessment together, work with our insurance company, and gave us great details and options for all aspects of the repair. Everything was clearly communicated, scheduled, and finally completed once Spring weather opened up this year. The new roof looks perfect, the gutters and soooooo much improved from when we moved in, and we felt well taken-care of by Roshay and the team. 22nd Century replaced our roof and did a great job. Also replaced new sky lights, gutters and added much needed ridge venting to help with attic airflow. We worked with Roshay and he was probably the most responsive, knowledgeable and patient contractor I've ever worked with. Appreciate all the help in dealing with our insurance claim every step of the way too!
