We do require you to be present for the initial appointment. This allows us to chat and look through the project with you to provide the most accurate estimate possible.

Do you provide a warranty or protection plan?
For roofing projects:
50 years of full coverage on labor and materials for manufacturer defects.
10 years of full coverage on installation and workmanship.
Is there anything I need to do before the crew starts?
Outdoors: be sure to move your car out of the driveway and remove furniture, patio or yard decor, flower pots, etc. away from the house.
For siding projects: remove wall hangings indoors.
How do I know if my roof needs to be inspected?
It is recommended that you have your roof inspected each year to maintain and prolong the lifespan of your roof. Variables that indicate you need to sooner include if there was a known storm in your area, noticeable leaks, and missing/lifted shingles.
How much does a new roof cost?
It all depends on the individual project, but the price of a new roof includes the size of the roof, number of stories, steepness of the roof, complexity/angles, quality of the new shingle, updates needed to be compliant with current codes, and warranties.
Will I have to replace gutters and downspouts at the same time as the roof installation?
Not always, but in some cases, the gutters and downspouts do need to be detached and reset to install new flashing.

It all depends on the individual project, but the price of new siding includes: what type of siding is being removed, the size of the house and the number of stories, quality of the new siding, and updates needed to be compliant with current codes.
How much does a new gutter system cost?
It all depends on the individual project, but the price of a new gutter system includes: total footage of gutters needed, how many stories and the number of downspouts and hinges needed, the topography of your property, the market price for metal, the removal of existing gutters, the condition and profile of fascia, and if we will be installing gutter guards or not.
Am I required to pay my deductible when making an insurance claim for a storm restoration project?
Yes. MN statute 325E.66 prohibits residential building contractors from advertising or promising to pay or rebate, directly or indirectly, all or part of any insurance deductible, or from offering to compensate a customer for providing any service.
