Janet has over 30 years of experience in finance, helping organizations formulate and implement financial, business, and operational strategies. As an executive leader, she believes in building a company with a strong culture of respect, collaboration, and integrity.
She enjoys spending time with family and friends, doing outside activities, traveling, genealogy, and following college sports.
Rachel Nelson, Marketing Strategist and Sales Support
Rachel brings over ten years of digital marketing and customer service experience to the 22nd Century Roofing team. She believes passion drives productivity and operates by that philosophy each day when connecting with new homeowners and our sales team or while creating and executing strategic marketing campaigns.
Outside of the office, Rachel is likely to be found at a Twins game or snagging a spot at one of Minneapolis’ music venues or breweries.
Cheryl Rode, Accounting Specialist
Cheryl brings 31 years of business experience to our team and is mainly responsible for accounting tasks. She also really enjoys assisting the Production Manager. Her strong values around customer service, communication, job accuracy, proactiveness, organization, and time management are perfect for our company culture.
She is a Certified Professional Life Coach and enjoys using her coaching skills to host our “Mindful Friday” meetings as we strive for our team members to continue developing personally and professionally.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, being outside in nature, learning various topics, and watching her son play D1 basketball for Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA.
Roshay Ciavarella, Sales Representative
With five years of experience in sales and 17 years as a railroad Operations Manager, Roshay takes pride in providing superior, detailed service to each homeowner he works with. What he enjoys most about his work is meeting new people and being able to help them in any insurance damage or retail situation.
Outside of work, Roshay revels in spending his time playing disc golf and poker.
Tyler Ferry, Sales Representative
With a diverse professional background – including experiences in ministry, fundraising, and sales – and enjoyment for meeting people and hearing their stories, Tyler is devoted to doing everything he can to find solutions to their roofing, siding, and gutter problems.
